How long is the course?

The course is run as three straight days with evening work as well.

How will I be assessed?

The course is assessed by completing a multiple choice question paper and by the delivery of a 30-minute scenario based micro teaching session on conflict management.

How much does it cost?

£395 per person + VAT. This includes manuals, certification, tea/coffee and on-going help and support during the course.

Please note that if you require both courses the ideal way to achieve them would be to do the 7302 course followed by 1886 approximately one month later. This allows time for the 7302 to be completed and assessed and for the 1886 pre-course work to be achieved.

If you need to operate to a tighter deadline then we will be able to assist you in this.
